THE CALL FROM OUR LADY TO KANDY ROE
DEDICATED TO ALL who do not know Our Lady, the Holy Mother of God, who have been denied her graces and wisdom, as I was, through erroneous doctrines. My prayer is that you would understand that Satan, a fallen immortal angel, appears before God, seeking permission to devour and try us (Job l; Isa. 14:12-15; Mt. 22:30; Lk. 22:31; 1 Pet. 5:8). Our Eternal Mother also appears before God, seeking graces, forgiveness, and PEACE for us. She loves us, her children, and as our mother desires us to love her. If loving her is idol worship, then I am guilty as charged!

THE SIX VISIONARIES IN MEDJUGORJE were between the ages of 10 and 17 when they began seeing the Gospa, “Our Lady.” They are able to see her in three dimensions and speak to her in a normal conversation. A seventh visionary, Jelena, began receiving messages to form a prayer group when she was 10-years old. She would hear the Gospa’s voice, but could only see her in a two-dimensional interior way. I was 50-years old when Our Lady began speaking to me in a linear way: her heart to mine and her thoughts to mine, which is the same way she wants to speak to all people of all ages. At first, I thought I was writing the cards, but over time I came to understand that she was weaving a tapestry of fine threads, like the fine threads she spun during her life on Earth (card 2). I learned to LISTEN to and ACCEPT her singular voice–my first thoughts–and not counteract her with all of my contrary thoughts that followed!

YOU WHO HAVE SAID ‘YES’, BE STRONG AND RESOLUTE” (MED. 8/25/11).
ONE NIGHT in 2003, I was awakened at three in the morning with a strong sense of urgency to read certain brochures that were given to me many years earlier by my father-in-law for safekeeping after my mother-in law passed away. They were Old Catholic brochures about Mary, the Holy Mother of God. I sat up all night reading them many, many times, very carefully. The next morning my friend called and invited me to come down to her church, a non-Catholic church. They were having a guest speaker and she wanted me to join the afternoon session.
The church was packed! The guest speaker was vehemently preaching BLASPHEMOUS DOCTRINES, degrading the HOLY MOTHER OF GOD and the very BROCHURES I had spent the night reading! The doctrines being disseminated by him were TOTALLY ERRONEOUS; but he presented them well before the crowd. He had a radio station devoted to this BLASPHEMY OF THE HOLY MOTHER! He deliberately and craftily MISINTERPRETED every message ever given in her many appearances. ESPECIALLY OUR LADY OF FATIMA’S PEACE PLAN FROM HEAVEN!
Afterward, I told my friend that he should have ordered a case of the brochure, Our Lady of Fatima: Peace Plan from Heaven, and passed them out so people could make their own decisions. The Catholic Church probably would have donated them. I left there very grieved and perplexed!
That weekend while I was hiking with my husband, Jim, thinking about the whole incident, I said in my heart to our Holy Mother that she really had a BIG PROBLEM! I thought of writing a letter to the guest speaker and pastor, but I knew that the problem was SO MUCH BIGGER! I told her at that time that if there was ever anything I could do to help her with her PROBLEM to let me know!
In 2004, while in prayer over a very serious situation, concerning friends who were non-Catholics, I was given an interior message from Our Lady: I WAS TO TEACH THEM TO PRAY HER ROSARY! Since they were non-Catholics, I knew I first had to teach them about Mary, the Holy Mother of God, and her many confirmed appearances, along with the messages she gave. I had a hobby of making cut and paste devotional cards and sending them to family and friends; so I began sending one card a month about Mary to 30 or 40 people. Our Lady began calling me at 3 a.m. daily, awakening me with a strong sense of urgency to work on the cards.
I was raised Catholic–baptized, confirmed St. Joan of Arc, and married! But for many years I had been attending non-Catholic churches. I was caught up in the erroneous doctrines, concerning Our Lady of the Rosary. But in 2003, I was drawn back to pray her Rosary–a prayer of the Gospel. I liked to read all of the Scriptures associated with the Rosary and thought that the few lines given on ordinary Rosary prayer cards did not offer sufficient mediation on the Gospel; so I had synchronized the Scriptures on Christ’s Passion along with the Stations of the Cross (a Catholic prayer ritual in which you walk with Christ’s before iconic plaques of His Passion), formatting it with Consecration to the Sacred Heart for my personal Rosary prayer use (card 9). This was actually my first card.
I must confess that at the onset of these cards, I still held many erroneous beliefs about Our Lady. I had misgivings about wearing her medal, thinking that it was somehow idol worship; so I started safety-pinning it to my undergarment, remembering that this was how my mother-in-law wore medals. I now outwardly wear the largest medallions I can find!
In 2006, while I was working on card 6, How to Pray the Rosary, I was told interiorly by our Holy Mother that I had written THE PRAYER OF THE BRIDE OF CHRIST–THE PRAYER CALLING HIM TO RETURN–AND I WAS TO GET IT TO ALL CHURCHES. I WAS TO UNITE ALL CHRISTENDOM UNDER HER BANNER OF THE ROSARY! (Note: It was not until 2009 that I became aware of Our Lady’s apparitions at Medjugorje.)
The two sides of my brain WENT OFF! One side said, “Wow! What an honor”; the other side said, “What a logistical nightmare, how can I possibly do that?!!” I naively thought that my cards were ready for the world in their cut and paste format and took them to a printer. I did not know what I was doing, but was moving in faith! Ultimately, I was lead to get the printer’s program and continued in a very long journey of rising with a strong sense of urgency at 3 a.m. daily for many more years to pray, study, and write, guided by our Holy Mother to get these cards ready for you!
In 2008, she told me interiorly to condense the Book of Revelations (card 1). I started squabbling in LOUD THOUGHTS: What made her think that it was even possible to do this in the limited amount of space I have to work with in these cards; and I do not have a theology degree in Bible prophecy; besides, I really never understood the book! She told me interiorly that one of the reasons she chose me for her project was because I did not have a theology degree in Bible prophecy; therefore, she did not have to un-teach me, only teach me! She also told me she had the dimensions of letter-size paper designed with these cards in mind! This confirmed to me that these cards were predetermined as well as numerically in balance!
I am a pre-computer age accountant by profession, working with these cards was like
balancing numbers in a set of books–I had to balance texts in precisely measured boxes, which determined my choices. To synchronize the cards, I had to connect the dots (or weave the threads–and there were many threads); it was like balancing figures between many accounts.
One morning, after I had completed the Book of Revelations card, or so I thought, I was instructed to take the cards to a priest for church approval and help with the logistics. I had been looking for a suitable box for the cards for some time, but I could not find one. At the moment the Holy Mother was instructing me to take them to a priest, my eyes glanced at a gold candy tin box that was on my Bible bookshelf. It was filled with old greeting cards and had a picture of a queen on it–at last I had my box! On my way to the priest, she revealed to me that the box represented the ARK OF THE NEW COVENANT (card 1). I started trembling, knowing that no one but those anointed could handle the Ark (1 Ch. 13:9).
The cards were rejected by the priest and church council. I expected it; but was moving in obedience and faith; so I continued to rise every day with a strong sense of urgency at 3 a.m. to edit the cards. Over the next four years, when she instructed me to condense the other end-time prophecies, I did not squabble as much! Most of the time after each work session, I thought that I was finished with the cards; but each morning I was awakened, not with an alarm clock, but with a strong sense of urgency to continue her work.
Give yourself completely to our Eternal Mother, who unceasingly prays for you, and she will show you what she expects of you and teach you personal unity with the Father, and their Divine Son, and the Holy Spirit!

I PRAY THE ROSARY IN A LIVING WAY! Sometimes I read one card in the morning and then I say the prayers constantly throughout the day. Sometimes I will say a single prayer all day or alternate between several prayers as I am doing my chores, walking, driving, etc. I say prayers constantly over people, places, and situations. In this way I am consecrating all to God. Other times I will write a list of my concerns and desires and alternate the request when I ask the Holy Mother to pray with me for on the Hail Mary beads. I never say the Rosary in the same way twice; I live the prayers. I will often just pray a short Rosary of one or two decades of Hail Marys. Pray! Pray! Pray! In any way and every way!
2 CORINTHIANS 10: 3-5 reworked: We live in a world of many battles; but we do not wage war as the world does through retaliation, creating strife. The WEAPON we fight with is PRAYER. It has ENORMOUS POWER, emanating from God, creating PEACE. It divinely dispels lies, pride, errors, arguments, pretense, and darkness; restores light and order; demolishes Satan’s strongholds; and casts down all obstacles in the way of God’s plan by taking captive every thought, word, and deed–both theirs and ours–until everyone OBEYS CHRIST.
